new wheels .

well guys i have finally gotten hold of the long sought after wheels !!!
i'll stick up a few pics of them so let me know what you think .

Those wheels look the dogs danglies on there, you will find them a lot easier to clean than the originals, your wing has rusted in exactly the same place as mine, are you going to repair or replace?

yeah both wings have gone in exactly the same place actually , i was lucky to come across two brand new wings on my last trip to the uk so i have them on standby ready to go on , i also found the whereabouts of a genuine brand new bonnet still in its ford wrapper so i have to go over and collect that soon !! she should be nice when i get all the wee bits finished on her ..

Bloody hell you were jammy with that bonnet, i need a new bonnet for mine, it's ok on top and even the front where they usually go but it's rotten underneath, my wing is only rusty on the drivers side you can just make it out in my header pic and hasn't gone right through so i will probably just have it repaired as it's the original wing

ha ha yeah i was very poxy to get the bonnet alright , the passenger wing on mine is very bad on both the side and the top around the ariel but im hoping that when i replace them i may be able to save the old one through time and plenty of money !!!
