No problem Paul.Theres one on e-bay that i will go for.Cheers.Listen while your on my tickover is still moving between 600rpm and 900rpm?There is 2 cables (dont know how to explain? lol bear with me) a fat one and a thin one going to the top off the accelrator mechanism. One is the acc cable whats the other thin one? I seem to have loads of slack/adjustment but the cable dosent seem to be doing anything? Looks like it goes to the gearbox. Question

Is your car an auto? it could be something to do with the kickdown i'm not sure as i'm not that clued up on autos, the only other thing i can think of is maybe the car had a manual choke fitted at sometime in its life, best person to ask about mechanical stuff is Muttley
